Within a career of over 30 years, Osman has served multiple US and European Corporations, Investors, and Entrepreneurs on Strategic Advisory, Mergers&Acquisitions and Private Financings, specialising in the last 25 years in the Life Sciences and Information Technology areas.  Prior to founding SARDIS in 2002 in London, Osman held various roles at Robertson Stephens from 1998-2002 (San Francisco and London), as Managing Director and member of the firm's European Management Committee, as well as Head of Europe/Israel M&A and also of Europe/Israel Hardware Investment Banking. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Osman was Executive Director of Lazard Freres & Cie. (Paris), where he worked for 11 years on cross-border M&A. Osman has completed over 100 transactions, with combined valuation over $25 billion.

Osman holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

He is fluent in English, Turkish, French, and German.
