Osman Mardin

Managing Director

Over a career of nearly 30 years, Osman has served numerous US and European clients on Mergers&Acquisitions and Private Financings, specialising in the last 20 years on the Communications, Media, and Financial Technology sectors.  Prior to founding SARDIS in 2002 in London, Osman held various roles at Robertson Stephens from 1998-2002 (San Francisco and London), as Managing Director and member of the firm's European Management Committee, as well as Head of European M&A and also of European Hardware Investment Banking. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Osman was Executive Director of Lazard Freres & Cie. (Paris), where he worked for 11 years on cross-border M&A. Osman has completed over 70 transactions, with combined valuation over $17 billion.

Osman holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

He is fluent in English, Turkish, French, and German.

 

Antoine Méré

Senior Associate

Antoine has been active in many key Sardis client assignments in the past years, across multiple activity areas, including private financing, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic studies/positioning, and valuations. 

Antoine joined SARDIS in 2012 from the Mergers and Acquisitions team of TransCapital in Paris.  He graduated with a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from Neoma Business School and holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from Université Paris I - Pantheon Sorbonne.

Antoine is fluent in English and French.

 

Paul Poniatowski

Senior Associate

Paul joined SARDIS in 2010 from the Private Equity division of the Quilvest Group – a $35bn AuM global manager – where he gained experience in portfolio companies management, sectors analysis, targets identification and valuation, as well as acquisition process.

Paul graduated from the University of Paris X with distinction in Economics and English, and holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Paul is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
